Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This Privacy Policy explains how ENP WEB ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your information when you visit this website or get in touch with us. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to respond to you and do great work, and we never sell your information.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you use the contact form on our website, we collect the details you choose to share:
- Your name and email address
- Your business name (optional)
- The service you're interested in
- Your message and any project details you include
If you book a free consultation, scheduling is handled by Cal.com. The information you enter there (such as your name, email and preferred time) is shared with us so we can meet with you, and is also processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the company that hosts our site may automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit. This is used to keep the site secure and running well.
We do not currently use analytics tools, advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiry and answer your questions
- Prepare quotes, proposals and project plans
- Provide our web design, development and support services
- Communicate with you about your project
- Keep our website secure and prevent spam or abuse
- Meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations
We will not add you to a marketing email list without your permission, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and for reasonable record keeping. If you become a client, we keep project and billing records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, accounting and tax requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that's inaccurate
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you
Depending on where you live, such as California or the European Union and United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. We'll honour these requests as required by law, and we won't treat you differently for making one. To make a request, please contact us.
8. Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we add new tools or services. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
